Why We Exist
PROUD is an acronym, which stands for People Relying On
Unconditional Diversity. It is a national magazine that celebrates
the careers and lifestyles of professionals of color. It
is for everyone. We exist to unite and expose all people
to the cultures that make up our world. From the
front-runner to the up-and-comer, PROUD seeks to showcase
uncommon achievers in a vast array of fields and
occupations. It is the conduit through which voices are
heard, contributions and successes applauded, and issues
explored in a solutions-oriented manner.
PROUD is a celebration of cultures in print, further existing
to educate, motivate, inspire, uplift and build on existing
desires to discover greater potential, find purpose and pursue destiny. |
